The posh rich man will stand up around lunch time and witter on for an hour about how the stupid Scottish men made a mess and then go on to announce a range of measures that assume very rich men should pay less in tax.

But the man earning a tad over £40k a year to support his young family and non-working wife is going to be told he's obviously loaded too. But it works the other way for this man - he will have to pay more via lower starting point for 40% tax triggering a range of other nasties.

But we won't be joining the Euro today.
