How do I rip (capture) video from a website

Whilst at a H Cup rugby match in Toulouse I was interviewed by the Toulouse website (being a visiting Scarlets supporter). I have then learnt it was posted onto the Stade Toulousian Tv website.
Being sad,and before it disappears off the site, is it possible to rip or capture this video clip using some software.
I have Nero 6 reloaded, dvd shrink and the usual windows XP bits on my computer but being not very technical/software minded (bit too old) I need help please.

Yes it is possible.
First try right clicking on the video itself, if the option 'save link as' appears choose it and then save the video to a location and with a name of your choice.
If this doesn't work, post back there are other options.0 -
Right click does not give me any options to save the clip, all I get is the play pause stop zoom and properties options as well as plug ins ?
it is being played in a seperate window with what i would say appears to be a media player ( smaller tv screen )
if it helps here is the link
http://www.stadetoulousain.fr/?rubcode=1
you acess via the Stade Toulousian Tv box on the right side of the screen, (Stade tv ruge a noir), this then opens up another screen and i want something off the Mag du Stade.
I hope you can help..0 -
Make sure this is not breaking any laws on copyrighting material! You need permission to download and store this file I believe to make it legal

Don't worry I will get permission first from the site.0

If you are contacting the site maybe you could ask them for a copy, I'm sure they'll be able to send you something in much higher quality from their archive."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

I think you just use the URL of the page the video is on and it will find it.robd831 wrote:Looked at them both,
