feedback for a bad seller

hi all after a bit of advice, recently i bought a coat from ebay that in the listing stated it was new with tags. the listing stated it had a few marks on from storage but would wash out, after waiting a week past my delivery estimate, i emailed the seller and was told he would be posting that day, no probs i thought. anyway i got the coat and the tag attached was not the right tag for the item, i know this as i have the same coat in 2 other colours, also the buttons on the coat were badly damaged and the front pannle of the coat was badly stiched back up! i emailed the seller explaining that i wasnt very happy, and he emailed back stating i could return but its up to me to cover costs to return,so i decided to keep as return costs were more than the coat was worth. i then got a very rude message back which i did not respond to. i left feedback today that reads
POOR CONDITION NOT RIGHT TAG,ITS FOR A TOP! ,ALSO BUTTON HOLES POORLY MENDED! a neutral
he has now sent me a feedback revision request and this message
You obviously work for bench im presuming? please send back the coat because you have alot of problems with it so its not really worth you keeping?? plus because of this you not sending it back with many issues for me to resolve how do you know i caouldnt of sent you something better? you have now been reported for your behaviour sending me messages then leaving bad feedback the description read stained coat how do you know the tag is not the right tag lol ill let ebay deal with you
this month hes sold 8 items and got 3 negs and my neutral any thoughts ppl? im tempted to accept the feedback revision and give him a neg! can you do that with revisions? tar for any input.

I would ignore and add him to your blocked buyer list.0

No, you cant neg him now.
A buyer cannot lower their rating, for example they can't change a positive rating to a neutral or negative; or a neutral to a negative.0 -

Keep on at ebay to compalin about the 'negative' positive as when they remove it the seller gets a warning strike from ebay about abuse of the system. One step nearer to them being banned.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
