Looking for a PCI usb socket and can see a few have USB internals aswell. What would you use these for?

Usually to connect to front panel USB sockets or a multi type memory card reader. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

you can get just the connector for usb that plugs into the internal port and goes to a usb socket that you fit into the pci hole on the back of your pc.You dont need a pci card aswell,it just fits the hole.
You can also get the sockets that fit into a cd/dvd hole in the front of your case, they have wires with connectors to plug into the internal connector.0
