Will friends IVA affect my address?

Need a bit of advice if anyone can help.
2 years ago i let a 'friend' stay with me during the week for about 12 months because it was easier for them to travel to work - far closer for them then where they actually live - I've since found out that they have an IVA and had had it for the last 4 years and the IVA company have their name registered at my house. It came to light when all their former loan and credit card companies started to write to them at my address about mis sold PPI and what they may be entitled to back.
I've checked my credit report with Equifax and it doesnt show up anything but it only checks under my name. Will my 'friend's' debts now be registered against my address and will this effect my credit rating if i were to apply for anything?
I'm now using the term friend very loosely when it comes to them!

You will be OK as you weren't linked financially.0

Hmm. Nice of you to open your friend's post. As you are not connected financially then your credit file will not be affected.0
