Help needed to cancel Spotify

Hi,
We have been using Spotify on our mobile phones but now wish to cancel it. We have a problem doing this as when it asks for our passwork to confirm the cancellation, it says it's incorrect. We know the passwork is correct as we used it to log-in!
Spotify don't have any contact numbers and they don't respond to e-mails. Please help!
