Land Registry - Property Tenure listed as N/A

I have just done a search on the Land Registry for a property which I viewed earlier today, in the hope of acquiring the title info etc for the property as normal... The property is a former single dwelling, currently converted into two flats, Nos 1 and 1A.
Nos 1 and 1A are on the land registry database as properties under separate entries - but in terms of tenure, it states 'N/A' for both properties. There is also no price paid, title deeds or title plans available online for either property - the 'Information is unavailable'.
Any ideas as to why this is? Does it mean the tenure is debatable - or the property has not been registered etc?
Any guidance or opinion much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Hard to say- but the 'N/A' might just signify that online details are Not (currently) Available; or the property might still be unregistered.
Try applying on form OC1 [hard-copy] for official copy entries of the house.0
