telewest hidden charges

I have been with Telewest for almost a year now, it is about time that I found that they have hidden chatges more than 95 £ a year, this in the Unitemized under 40p, also they make increases without notice, but when you phone they say we have sent you. I had this complain from many of my friends, Sure going for B.T

If you must have a fixed phone line, then a BT line is the only sensible solution.It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc...
