Pay off Overdraft with Credit Card Balance Transfer

Hi there.

I was just wonderring wether or not it is possible.

For example, take apply for a formal £2,000 overdraft with HSBC, and then pay this off with the HSBC 0% Balance Transfer.

Or maybe even pay off a HSBC loan with the Credit Card Balance Transfer

    You cannot use an hsbc card to transfer money into your current account. Or to pay off a loan.

    Balance transfers such as the HSBC can only be used to pay off other credit cards or some store cards.

    You would need a money transfer card (also known as a super balance transfer card). HSBC is not one of these.
