GrrrrOUPON!

Sorry, don't really know where to post this query - I have a Groupon voucher I will not be able to use before it expires. Previously, Groupon have re-credited the voucher's value to my account when this has happened, but now they are saying that they have changed their policies, and I am no longer eligible for a credit. Is this right, can they do this?
Thanks,
Lozleigh

I'm not sure on specifics but I know that Groupon are being slammed at the moment for crappy service so it might be worth phoning and making a fuss. Generally though, if they had T&Cs in place at point of sale, then changed them afterwards, i'd have thought they'd have to honour the original terms of the sale.
I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will be along shortly though0
