I too have cracked a screen while doing a wiper motor.Google gives you answers use it.........0

ive not cracked a screen doing one, done plenty especially pug ones and festa's and citroens. as long as you take your time dont rush clean out nooks and crannys with a paint brush (no paint on it lol) should be fine.0

My Clio after removing and replacing my wiper motor...
At least I'm not the only one to damage a windscreen doing that! Seems very common
