    Typical. I think I'll just give up and spend my money in the Debenhams sale or the M&S sale or one of the many other sales going on due to me being in a huff.

    At least you got a slot and could order over the telephone if you wanted to... I haven't had a slot or able to view the VIP sale stock :(

    I'm really disappointed with Next, why not restrict the amount of people more in each time slot, it's not as if it isn't going to all get sold in the end. Managed to log in fine, but now can't add things to my basket after it was telling me I hadn't selected anything. I had! :(

    To be honest you are not missing much. Everything I wanted is on a 6 week wait which generally means (for me anyway) that I'll never get it. The kids clothes in the right sizes for my boys were sold out already as well. I have ended up with a cardigan for my little boy and the possibility that some of the delayed stuff might come. I have never had so little - Christmas sale wasn't good as I had a late slot and there was not much left but this takes the biscuit. Half an hour of stress for a cardigan ;).

    This happened to me too, but I rang and they were great, put the order through for me on the phone, even when I lost all my order they waited while I looked for the items. Thumbs up Next!!

    I couldn't look for the items because I couldn't get on the site. I eventually changed from Chrome to Safari and it worked so try another browser if you can't get on with what you are using.

    to anyone that didnt get a vip slot you didnt miss much to be honest, i picked up a few things but nothing much at all, think the bigger sale comes about august time, few things i wanted went out of stock so couldnt get them but i didnt seem to have a problem with the website.
  • I would advise anyone that found things out of stock earlier to keep checking stock whenever you can. There were a couple of things out of stock by about 6:10pm but I just found them in stock now! Best to keep trying whenever you get a chance as the site is constantly updating.
  • Just checked my account :mad::mad::mad: very angry. All but one of the items that I ordered are down as "reserved". The last time I had items marked "reserved", Next cancelled them after 7 days and I never got them.

    If they cancel them this time I will throw a major hissy fit because the ONE item that they are going to deliver will be a £2 pair of sock and I REFUSE to pay a £3.99 delivery charge for that!

    We will see. Not very happy. All my items were in stock when I checked out at 18:09

  • I didn't get a slot, they said 'selective customers only'. I buy for an ebay shop and have spent £12,000 with them since Xmas, and have credit on my account. The last lot of dresses that came through were so shoddily made with rips around the frilled hemlines that I sent them back and three times they sent the same dresses back to me ! I'm going to sell Monsoon instead !!
