It has really annoyed me that i never got a slot even though i fit the criteria and spend a fortune with them!!!! i am actually considering leaving them to prove a point lol

OMG that was stressful!! Couldnt log on and then kicked out twice now have to wait 4 weeks for one item that was instock before I was booted!!

Agree with that was after a lightweight jacket for my 4year old they only had bog thick coats!! I only got 4 items one of whch will prob go back as i bought myself 2 coats to try.

I did it over phone rang ay 5.58pm n had finished call by 6.06pm easier than web, did it in last sale

Errr, is anyone able to see the items they ordered in their account? I added an item to the basket but removed it later and then completed my order. The order confirmation page had everything I ordered but the confirmation email that came through had the "removed" item added with an updated price. Took a printout of the order completion and it definitely wasn't there.

Just logged back into my account and it's inviting me to view all the VIP sale stuff AGAIN with a chance to reorder a fresh batch and everything that I've ordered seems to be missing from reserved items. Not sure what to think....

Your order probably won't show until later tonight or tomorrow morning. They tend to be very slow to show recent activity lately.

Thanks, just a bit concerned that the confirmation e-mail has items in it that I know I removed.

Site is down. I hate later slots. Not only is the good stuff gone but the site plays silly beggars and you end up with either nothing, 10 of the same thing or everything billed at full price.

still working, though not much left and dont think there is anything worth buying not for us anyway
