True, but even with holidays I think it is extremely unlikely that they'd be a refund and comp. it just won't happen.
This is about as extreme as I've seen it get.

It can happen and does. There have been a whole string of cases where Judges have (quite rightly in my view) held that the purpose of a holiday is to relax and enjoy and that it is something people look forward to. If it is blighted, it isn't simply a case of giving the money back so that the claimant can get another one. Holidays simply don't work like that.0
