very MSE. If its during the week when I want the frozen ones i usually pop them under the grill for a couple of minutes rather than putting the oven on.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

I asked this a few weeks back but about freezing the batter mix. I was told I could so I gave it a try.
I just froze it all together in one container, then I defrosted it over night and used it the next day as batter for sausages. It worked perfect. :j£36/£240

Think Im going to freeze the leftover puds so I can use them for when I don't have enough of the ingredients to make a fresh batch.
Maybe make a mix another time xLucylema x :j0 -

I have 15 - 20 mins in my head, but I'm not really sure...I just keep my eye on them through the oven glass and when they're puffed up and golden take them out.
You might find a more definitive answer in our Yorkshire Puddings thread. I'll add this to that one, once you've had more replies, as your question may help others.

20 mins is about right at a highish temp0

15 to 20 minutes in a hot oven. The fat needs to be really hot before you put the batter in the tin. Like everyone else I look at them through the door and can tell by that and the smell of them when they are done. Good luck.0
