    Hi

I would make the batter up in advance and store it, it does even better after a couple of hours :)

    Thread time!

I successfully used Sunnygirls recipe :D Took me ages to find that!from here

They shouldnt go soggy if you put them straight onto the top shelf directly, not on a tray.

I always make my batter up and then cook them fresh - if there are any leftover the boys eat them cold :D

To warm mine up i pop them onto the top slits of the toaster and rotate them a couple of times so they dont burn, that is when im reheating the actual dinner in the microwave.

Well I've made them and they're in the fridge, I'll try warming them straight on the top shelf and hope for the best!

    Thanks for the advice :)

It shouldnt be a problem the way youre going to do it.

I buy fresh yorkshire puddings for during the week from Morrisons and they are no different to whats in your fridge now.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

Well I did them for a few minutes on the top shelf and they tasted fine, a bit smaller than usual but definitely edible :T

    Thank you for the replies.

When i make my yorkies on a sunday i always make too much batter to make extra puds which i then freeze to use for quick dinners through the week. Takes a few mins to cook through from frozen just like aunt bessies.

I do mine like stef, that way DD can have yorkies with every meal if she fancies (she is a bit of an addict)

My DD is a yorkshire pudding addict too! I like them, but i am not mad about them like my daughter. I can have 1 on my lunch and be happy, she likes to have 4 or 5 and she has a lovely figure so they aren;t doing her any harm!
