I use Brian Turners recipe. It uses the same volume of flour eggs and milk find any container I use a ramakin fill with plain flour place in mixing bowl with a pinch of salt then break eggs into container then add to flour fill same container with milk add half to flour and eggs and whisk, gradually whisk in rest of milk. The ramakin I use holds 2 eggs and I make 12 yorkies each time.0

I second kaydn's Brian Turner method, though it was given to me by a colleague at work when I complained I couldn't make Yorkies. I use a small mug that holds between 3 & 4 eggs depending on size and this usually makes 12 yorkies but in a muffin tin!0

I'm making homemade yorkshire puddings today..._pale_ Okay this may sound totally dense but can I use an electric whisk to mix it all up? I don't have a proper whisk (well I do but it's tiny)
I'm just going to use a recipe I found on BBC Food.
Ingredients
vegetable oil
290ml/½ pint milk
4 eggs, beaten
255g/9oz plain flour, sifted
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
2. Grease a Yorkshire pudding tin with a little vegetable oil. Place the tin in the oven to preheat.
3. Place the milk, eggs and seasoning in a bowl. Stir well to combine.
4. Whisk in the flour.
5. Remove the tin from the oven. Pour in the batter, filling each case only three quarters full.
6. Place the tin in the oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until puffy and raised.
7. Remove the puddings from the oven and serve.
Are they quite easy to make? We always have Aunt Bessie's yorkshire puds but i've run out:heart: Think happy & you'll be happy
I :heart2: my doggies
