Fowlers Motors Stoke - Keep Away

Options
This thread is going to be very short for now as I am at work, but I am so angry with this company that is also known as Taxi Van and Truck Ltd. They have sold us a car that requires up to £4,000 spending on it. They do not return calls, ever and when I phoned them about the problem 4 weeks ago they said that it was not their problem, so when the RAC recover me last week and take me to a garage (obvious answer) they tell me that I am in breach of contract for having it repaired. The car is on a lease agreement - we have only had it since 20th December last year. Please do stay away from them - they are not worthy of any form of business. Will up date this later when I get back on!!

  • they broke their terms by not returning your call and then telling you their not obligated to repair it by saying its your problem go away.

they were aware of the problems.

please when you get time post here the problems with the car
what warranty you purchased with the car.
make model year of the car.
purchase price (important as a reduced purchase price can be seen its value with the problems you have)
when the problem arose when you contacted them.

I for my sins worked very briefly for fowlers many moons ago - they are as dodgy as a very dodgy thing from dodgyville.

Cars were high mileage nails from the auction tarted up to look ok and then sold on at high prices to the taxi trade, often on their own finance scheme that was very high APR as it was usually for people with bad credit.
