I can't get rid of this virus

I've been trying out sort out a friends pc,
She has AVG free on it and every time it does a scan, it finds
Trojan Horse Clicker CTY
It shows two, one in c/program files and the other in D/documents
AVG says it has healed them, but they reappear on next scan, moving them to the vault makes no difference.
I went to the site and typed that in but it didn't show any results.
Can anyone advise please, I would be very grateful
