Other airlines also have very good deals at off peak times, perhaps it could be worth not restricting your choice to ryanair. Most airports have their own websites that list destinations and airlines and you can find them using https://www.google.com.

Thanks, but have searched everywhere else - still getting the best deals on Ryanair, even without the special offer.

You might have more luck with other airlines at bigger airports - I want to fly from East Mids, so limited to the budget airlines! x

They certainly do have good deals from East Mids, and no point complicating things by going too far.
