Customer Services (0870 2420444) told me you don't need a call. There were two per store and if you've got a reservation, you've got one of them.
However, other posters here have been called and told the store is already out of stock. As the stores don't show their phone numbers, it's worth going there asap if you're close IMHO.

If anyone has a reservation for the HP TFT monitor or the PC package at Sheffield, Nottingham, Lincoln or anywhere around these and they won't be using it, please can you let me know. Can't believe I missed this, I've been buying on the M&S "further reductions" sale this morning !!! Many thanks.

I've just called customer services. The very helpful chap told me that if you've got a reference number, they've reserved the item for you. You don't need to wait for a phone call, just go down and pick it up at least 1 hour after ordering. He couldn't put me through to Ipswich, though, as no-one was answering the phone.
