Think the ISAs a new one - 6.55% guarantee for 6 months then down to 5.13% (just been discussing it on another thread). I'm sticking with NS&I - currently 5.8% and has consistently been one of the first to move rates up after BoE announcements.

Will the ING ISA accept transfers from other years ?
I am going to answer my own question NO. I have just got off the phone ,their website is not operating and 15 mins to answer phone, but they answered my question. There customer service has certainly suffered recently due to these new product launches they have not been able to cope.
