Check home valuation websites for false info on your propert

I have just discovered that a well know property valuation website has incorrect information on my property. My house is listed as being put on the market for a highly inflated price after I moved in. I have never put my house on the market, so you can draw your own conclusion about who else my benefit from inflated house prices in the area (and in this case it's not me) beware. I have asked the website to remove it.

Zoopla's 'valuations' are a running joke, no-one takes them seriously. I wouldn't worry about it.

zooplas valuations are a joke....just treat them with the contempt they deserve....you want to see my valuation (i wish),,
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

According to Zoopla, we paid £20k too much for our new house, but we also sold our old place for £20k more than it was worth. At least it's consistent...
