Hey there,
I wonder if any of you good people could offer me some advice
I took out a HP agreement in July 2008 for my car, I have looked at my original paperwork from then and there is a Personal Payment Plan which I believe is the same as PPI. The agreement has been signed by the car dealer but the box where I as the customer signed is blank - therefore I never agreed to this. Misold?
I spoke with BCT and they advised I need to make a claim with Matrix Credit Limited. I also spoke to the ombudsman and they have said that it would take years to follow up as the insurance would be with a different company and could even have to go to the supreme court!?!?!
My question is simple is this correct and also does anyone have any advice of where I can go to help with this claim?
Thank you

I very much doubt you spoke with an Ombudsman. You will have spoken to somebody in a call centre.
Your complaint would be with the dealer in the first instance.0 -
Yes it was the 0800 number I called.
So i should contact the car dealer or BCT? Sorry for being stupid!0 -
It is the car dealer.0
