Do I complete form in the 3rd party context?

Hi, I'm in the process of completing the form for a friend. Do I answer the open questions in the 3rd person, ie 'Mark did not know what PPI was for'? Or do I complete as if Mark himself was complaining.
I've completed the top with my details as the person handling his complaint.
Many thanks

Whatever you feel most comfortable with is fine. Just don't chop and change from one question to the other.0
