    just to say i put a letter through is door last night

    saying we'd addressed his issues 1-5. all of them done, apart from desk lamp still in there because otherwise we can't use bathroom in evening/night

    toilet - he agreed to pay before.

    window - had 3 quotes, all of who said it isn't an impact breakage. And quotes between £60 and £90, so not exactly that much money. Maybe less than he expected, who knows!

    let's see if he serves notice today...
    and what his response is!

    tho he text me after he got my letter and my the sounds of it I think I may have put him off wanting to serve altogether. i'll await his letter back
