While we're talking about 'ignores' and 'thanks' can I ask what the symbols at the bottom of the posts are? I've looked everywhere but can't find anything to explain. I understand THANKS, QUOTE, REPORT, and SPAM. But what's the balloons and the pencil/clock???

the balloon is for when you want to multiquote and the pencil one is a quick reply, where you dont get the smilies over there

The balloons is multi-quote and the pencil is quick reply - found that our myself by hovering over them :rotfl:

Of course there is not a button for making sure that your reply does not get published if someone is typing one at the same time as you ................

    :o

OTT question :o for any Lovelies over a certain age & going through the 'tropical moments' phase in their lives

Do you get really itchy legs? :o:o:o

I thought it was the Gout but in a book I was reading it mentioned someone itching their legs as a symptom of their menopause

We got over to the hospital early this morning so had 15 minutes to have a coffee and then went to the CT Scan dept. Only waited 10 minutes and alan was only in for another 10 minutes, but we had to wait for 20 minutes to check that Alan had no side effects from the dye they injected, so had a refill in cafe for £1 :D

We called in at the auction when we got back to Wisbech to collect a shoe cabinet I bought last week. One of the lovely porters put it in the van for me. Then we went down to the car boot cafe and had breakfast and a cuppa, before heading home. Alan was tired but stayed up for another couple of hours before going for a nap. I cleared all the shoes and allsorts of rubbish from the hallway and dragged the cabinet in from the car  It isn't a conti-board one, heavier than that, probably block-board, so I got wrong from Alan when he got up for fetching it in :o Anyway, it is in now, tidies that area up, and looks good, so I am pleased :j :j

Alan decided he wanted fish & chips and, as I didn't have anything ready, I popped out to get them. Just the one portion between us ;) but that was enough

Off to catch-up some more ....................
