what was the boots glitch

kiz kiz found a variety of lipgloss that was charged at 0.00, so they only paid 2.95 postage. But went out of stock very quickly. Pictures have been posted today.

Cici could you do a quick form at the PO to forward your mail for a month so the vouchers get to you? Not sure how quickly the mail act on it. Or could you drop a self addressed label into the old house and ask them to forward it - the letters are not obviously from SSM, and my postie put it straight through the box without even ringing the door for a signature. Just thinking out loud!

:) Redirection takes a week to set up

If the postman delivers a freebie like shampoo or shower gel when my four year old grandddaughter is here, I open it and my daughter will take the top off it and smell it. If she says it smells nice, my granddaughter says to her - "Have it then if you like it, mammy, go on." Then she puts it in her mother's bag! I think she thinks that my house is a little shop where you can have things without paying for them. Come to think of it, she is right!

A turkey was chatting with a bull.

'I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree' sighed the turkey, 'but I haven't got the energy.'

'Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?' replied the bull. They're packed with nutrients.'

The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, and found it actually gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree.

The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch.

Finally after a fourth night, the turkey was proudly perched at the top of the tree.........where he was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot him dead

    Moral of the story:
Bullsh*t might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there..
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

Evening everyone,my goodness do not know how you lot keep up;)Have been busy all day with lalas visitors, making tea and coffee for all those who come through the door, joking aside it is lovely to see how much her friends think of her:)
I have told her about the 1p lindt bears ,its a good job I dont drive because she said she would love to try and get some,I honestly think Lala is getting withdrawal symptoms so I think she must be feeling a little better:TIve drawn the line at going out with my barbie pink trolly to try and locate some of these chocolate bears when she already has a large chocolate stash!
We had adelicious dinner tonight made with a huge whoopsied chicken I found in the freezer, mustnt laugh but seeing her chase her dinner around the plate with her left hand is quite funny:rotfl:is that wicked;)
will now go and try and catch up as all sorted, Lalas DS packed off to Cambridge for a few days so one less to worry about.

I have been giving baby Grohl her bath and putting her to bed so not had a proper chance to reply to all the lovely welcomes from you all. Its a good job that I have got a drawer and a knife rack full of decent knives already!! and how on earth did I not see any fish comments coming........! I had to go and look for some bargains 'coz Dave was playing so loud in the garage that he couldn't hear me asking for his pin number. Hey ho, he owes me....... !!!!

A big hello :wave:to Mrs Grohl I sometimes go to G*rt*n store so I may see you there sometime!! I always try and see if I can spot a fellow MSEr.....I think I would be easy to spot as I'm the one looking up and down the choc aisle rooting right around searching right at the back for a lone TCO!! :rotfl::rotfl: Not had any luck yet :(

I have been meaning to say thanks to Looby123....after hearing about your amazing continued WHS success :T I was brave enough to buy 2 more cards (even though new signs had been put up stating you can't use giftcards to giftcards!). I had to feign interest in some very random things to avoid being served by the original trout!! These ones have an end date of June 12 but thats fine - I was pleased I managed to get 2 more.....nothing compare to your haul though!! :rotfl::rotfl:
Erm I'm not sure if I've got the hang of this money saving.....I seem to be spending more money buying 'bargains' that I don't really need - oops!! :)
