Love all the talk about Enid Blyton and the Faraway Tree - I adored those books, Moon-Face was my favourite character!

Can any of you lovelies help me out? I have bought some whoopsied double cream and want to make butter but can't remember how to do it? I have a hand mixer so will prob use that rather than the jar method.
