    So cute.

    Must be proud grandma.

    Congratulations. :T:T:T:T:T:T:T

Probably some people on here might have access to nappies.

Bets £5 to charity her 1st words are M.S.E.

    Purdita :A

Am so going to need sofa, slap proof pan, bunker and additional reinforcements for this.

Life has irony, watching Only Fools & Horse's.

Boyce's wife " Don't be upset if the baby is ugly, they are all ugly for the 1st 6 weeks".

Delboy " Yes some are uglier than other, when Boycie was born he was so ugly the midwife held him upside down by his legs and then slaped his mum" :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

OK ... have I, or have I not, been 'over charged' again?

This evening I got 2 boxes of Weetabix (48s) ... on a BIG vertical banner right next to the boxes of 48 it had "Price Drop Weetabix 48s 908g [STRIKE]£3.69[/STRIKE] £3 ... see SEL for details" SEL said £3.69 ... and I was charged £3.69 x 2.

TBH I didn't know what I was charged at the time cos my DD ... who had a temp of 39.7 in the afternoon (and I had collected early from nursery) but who had improved thanks to paracetamol ... got poorly again and threw up in one of the aisles. So a very nice SA/first aider scanned and packed my shopping for me and helped me to the car. It's only now that I've checked my receipt.

You just reminded me of another favourite only fools and horses moment when Del Boy has his kid - he comes out of the theatre and they ask "what is it?" to which Del replies "it's a baby!" Followed by the best ever bit - Rodney's face when they say they've named him Damien LOL

    Hi all,

Hope everyone is well....I have just been quickly skim reading over last few days as real life is getting in the way!

I am very impressed with those OH's who assist you in wombling and do it so blantantly :rotfl::rotfl:

I'm still not very good at wombling but did find one receipt and it has given me a £1 odd JTD voucher. I casually mentioned this to my OH (but said that I picked the receipt up with mine by mistake ;)) and he acted like I was a weirdo and said I had sunk to the lowest depths!! :o Oh if he only knew some of the stories on here and how bad I would actually be if I had the chance :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. Anyway I was pleased with myself - and I am just not going to bother telling him about anything anymore!

Purdita Little Freya is just gorgeous, you must be over the moon and I hope your DD is doing well.
Erm I'm not sure if I've got the hang of this money saving.....I seem to be spending more money buying 'bargains' that I don't really need - oops!! :)

    Phew!! Caught up at last.

Thanks to the OP (sorry, meant to quote and now I've forgotten your name :o) for the original source glitch
Nipped straight to Sainsbobs tonight and bought 10....then went back in and bought another 14....saw an elderly chap who was looking at other shower gels and told him about the glitch so he bought several too.
Got back to the car and thought I might as well be hung for a sheep as a lamb....so I made a third appearance at the SS tills with 20 this time :D
With a 22 year old daughter and a teenage son still living at home, it won't last that long
So 44 original source shower gels for £17.60 :j:j:j
what time did you get them, as i may try a different store to my failure earlier

tried 'Original Source Mint & Tea Tree Shower 250ml' at 9.55pm
no offers kicked in for me.:(
i said oops i seem to have only my tesco clubcard plus on me, could you cancel transaction for me;)
i would have got 2 for £3 but not paying full price.

I think you have to buy in multiples of 3 to benefit from both offers

EDIT: ignore the above ... have been proved wrong by purdita (and others :))
