afternoon guys and gals...hope everyone is well....or getting better and enjoying the sunshine
big hugs for FloFlo today
well for the second time, I've boo boohed at Ts this week....went on Monday thinking the new price flops were out, and forgot to take the Actimel 12 pack out of the trolley, so ended up getting them (although they did JTD...T £3.85, A £2 ).....then went again today and although I had the price flop I forgot to buy a cheapy yoghurt to bump it over £4 so couldnt use the moc....so again paid £3.85 for 12 Actimel (although should price check again, and kids love them so not a total waste!!). Also bought 3 flash floor cleaner £2 (£1 in As)...and forgot to use my SSM mocs!!! Clearly the sun is affecting my brain today!!!
Had a change around last week and put DD1 into the 'spare' proper single bed, and put her cotbed into DD2 room so I can sell DD2 normal cot.....but now have no 'spare' bed for my mum when she babysits, or my nephew when he stays...so bumped my shop to over £40 today by buying the blow up camp bed for £8.97....just hope he likes it next week when he stays!!
Also got those grow your own veg windowsill packs that we were talking about...£4.97...I got the tomato, lettuce and sweet pepper one, so fingers crossed I can have free salads soon!!!
On the plus side, managed to get another £31 on my giftcard in Smiths.....and used £27 to stock up on 60 1st clas stamps!!!
****Just as a side note.....not sure when it ends, but WHSmiths still have the 5% discount on stamps as of today *****
enjoy the day peeps....off out to play football now...once I've bought my washing inhoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0 -
Awesome Screenshot: Capture and Annotate is a free extension for Google Chrome that adds a screen capture utility with a small built-in graphics app that lets you edit, annotate, and share captured images quickly and easily via a pop-up toolbar. Instead of opening two or three tools just to save a screen image, doctor it up, and e-mail it to your grateful friends, Awesome Screenshot can do the job in a few clicks.

Had seals buggin me for ages but nothing close enough to get a decent pic so put the camera away in dry bag etc. 10 mins later had a seal pop its head up 2 feet from me and have a right good nose at me. By the time I'd shiftily got the camera back out he was gone! I'd have got some corking shots of him too!
10 mins later a pod of harbour porpoise came steaming by but again didnt get any decent pics as they were through so quickly. I went after them but to no avail. I saw them a little later too but only fleetingly.
Didn't catch any fish either.
I must say though, the past couple of days have helped to relieve the stress and lift my mood though. Breathlessness seems to have eased a bit too, but still suddenly rears its head and makes me all but useless for a few days..........got to get to the bottom of that one as it's becoming frustrating now. I've been pushing this right shoulder too but seems whatever I do doesn't ease or aggravate it, its just niggling constant pain regardless what I do. Another ailment for the doc to dismiss! lol
Sorry Fk, your day may have been flat but you've pleased alot of people with your pics. They are absolutely beautiful. Where were they taken? Wherever it was, I'd contact the local tourist board/holiday company etc to see if they wanted to buy them. :beer:0 -
Thank you Kizkiz re the 75% off my face cosmetics in Boots. I got three lip gloss's and they were on promotion -.

Glad I went to Mt T at 1am to fill up OHs car and not a soul about. OH uses a tank in about 5 days so can't afford to be without fuel to get to and from work. On my travels at lunchtime thought I might top up my car whilst I was out but the queues at Mr T were horrendous so I gave up. I've got a 600 mile tank so I think I should be OK for a while as it's just on half and a tank normally lasts a month:)Awaiting a new sig0 -
yes that one lol got too excited writing lol

any flavour, bit the scrub apparently doesnt workShortfatscotsbloke wrote: »Sorry, haven't got time to read back to see what has been said about this. Definitely works on the Original Source shower gels in Sainsbobs. In my local there are no signs up apart from the single £2.20 price tags.
I went through the self scan and all the discounts did not come off until the very last moment when I went to put my card in. 2 shower gels x £2.20 = £4.40 - £1.40 (2 for £3) - £2.20 (bogof), price to pay = 80p.
It kind of reminds me of the Smirnoff discounts we got in Sainsbobs a few months ago.
Go on you lot, fill yer boots!!
With credit to Part Mouse for the find!!:j:beer:Part_Mouse wrote: »Just been to s&insburys and the original source shower gel is bogof but there's a glitch and different ones are going through at either 2 for 80p or 2 for £1 depending on what you get. Shower scrub doesn't work.
Price should be 2 for £2.20"He that lieth down with dogs shall rise up with fleas" Benjamin Franklin
