Managed to get 3 packs of the Riverway sausages today - free with DTD, so huge thanks to the OP.

The worrying part was that there were only about 6 packs left in the fridge as I expect lots of people will have been having barbecues this weekend, so just imagine how many people wouldn't have checked their receipt and would have been charged £4.39 instead of £2.19 for them without realising. :o

  • Oh man, on Tuesday afternoons I go and do a singalong at the old folks home near me and one of the old ladies (Betty) died on Thursday.

I've just had a phone call from her son asking me if I'll sing her favourite song at her funeral.

I'd love to do it for her but I don't think I can get through the song under the circumstances, I'll blub all the way through it :o

Should I do it or tell her son that I don't think I'd be much help and probably set off the whole congregation? :(

The song is Release Me, I sung it every week for her and she would get out of her chair and just sway along :A

PS can someone pm me the knife glitch please? thanks :)

Last year I was asked to sing at my friend's dad's funeral. Hadn't seen her for years let alone him. Anyway I did it, only about 25 people in the chapel, and although I've sung to hundreds before, it was the hardest gig I ever did. I cry at anything and almost started before the vicar even spoke. Somehow I managed not to blub and got through it, and it meant a lot to my friend. It's a tough decision.

    Afternoon All

What a beautiful sunny day shame I am at work......

Does anyone know if there is a problem with the Tesco Price Check??

I put about 6 or 7 receipts through it earlier in the week and have not yet received any results.
I have been back to the website a couple of times and each time I have reentered the details using the same and different email addresses and I just keep getting the "your receipt is being checked" message

Can anyone help as I have about £20 worth of price check vouchers sitting in the system.....
