I love doing stuff like this, it makes me feel nice about myself to help others like that. I did it the other week in a store with the extra mature cheese and the 1p chocs....I'd got what I needed so went back in and saw to it that customers all cleared the shelves. :)

Yeah sometimes you get people look at you totally cockled...like you've got 2 heads or something but I keep doing it because it gives me such a buzz to help others out, every little helps ;):D I've told so many people about the price flop coupons as I've been walking around my local and the 1p Promises/TCO's, albeit a week or so after they were first discovered because I think MSE'rs should get first refusal ;):p And the fact there's still over 2 trays of TCO's left shows that most people can be sensible and thoughtful to others :) Though I admit to being selective as to who I let in on the secret! People must think I'm a right nosy/interfering cow!! :o:o:o:o:rotfl:

Sainsburys worked ok on the wrights. I left most of the vouchers on the side though at home  Oh well, there's always tomorrow.....
Are there new offers coming on that will work even better on the price flop vouchers when the current ones expire, I wonder...? :)

I think I'll have to get the bread mixes from Sainsbobs, they have it available for home delivery to me so that should mean I can pick it up at my local then!!
Also just realised that I've never done an online shop with them before so will have to rectify that and search for money off codes for there before doing so :)

    Goodnight all!
School day tomorrow so need to get some sleep bbefore tackling the stuff in my boot after school run, luckily I picked up my keter garden storage box from Ts yesterday so that's were it's all going so no one else sees it all :)

    evening everyone :)

finally heard back from tesco after waiting five days..

    Dear Letricia

Thank you for your email. My name is Claire and I'm a Customer Service Manager.

Hello Claire, See you have mentioned yourself 12 time's and still have not offered a me anything other than a return to the store at the cost of my time and expense.

Would you like a used sample returned to your store ? Answer is no and don't have the receipt, it's in the bin along with your crappy nappies.

Can you send me a voucher or gift card to refund me for your below stand products, and add a little bit on the top to recompense me for the inconvenience and stress that you have caused.

My last reply got deleted from the forum ( no prob foxy was well out of order :D )

Firstly, I (3rd mention of self) would like to apologise for the delay in my response.

So you should be sorry if you would be so kind to remove finger(s) from @rse, after 5 days they probably stink.

I'm 4th reference to self) sorry to learn of the problems you have received with Tesco Value Nappies and I 5th reference) hope your son is feeling much better. I (6th)can imagine how disappointed you must have been. I (7) would feel the same if this happened to my(8) son, so I'm(9) sorry we have let you down.

May I (10) take this opportunity to reassure you that we would never knowingly sell a product which we believe to be defective or of a poor quality. We have close partnerships with our suppliers; we put rigorous controls in place to ensure all of our products are of the highest quality possible.

For us to investigate this further, could you please return the product and the packaging with your receipt, to your local store on your next shopping trip, where the staff will arrange a refund for you and complete a Customer Complaint form on your behalf.

If there is anything else I can do for you now or in the future, please do not hesitate to contact me. (12)
    Kind regards

    Claire Jenkins
    Tesco Customer Service

    what a patronising woman!!!
so annoying, dont even have the receipt anymore and threw the rest of the pack out like the next day so have nothing.
not really worth writing out an email in first place lol really wanna send her one back telling her to do one :( lol

    hope everyone is ok :):)

Hi Trish, sorry missed you twice.
Back to square one, no apg, no comment.

    wow quiet thread tonight

    everyone tired after today's shananigans?:rotfl::rotfl:

advice pls if there's anyone out there:D:D:p:p

i want to spread the love about T's but get dissed everytime i try to, my brothers take all the info but never share any finds in return:(

at work, my staff look at me like i have 3 heads or something and probably think wouldn't it be easier for you just to give us a payrise lol?

shall i just give it up as a bad job or just stop random people in the street or leave strategically placed priceflop coupons on my desk for my patients ??:A:A:A:A:A

    answers on a postcard:rotfl:
I've given up with my family! My Dad 'can't be bothered', brother just laughs at me like I've gone cuckoo, Mum 'get's too flustered?!' huh?! MIL won't even do price check because she thinks it's like 'stealing' from tesco!!? (No, I didn't tell her about coupon frenzy!) :rotfl:

I'll hand out coupons in Mr T's, show everyone else where they hide the flop mags, and hopefully, brighten someone's day! That's good enough for me.

**And if I'm using a lot of coupons in one hit, I always pass some down the queue, saves the sour faces!! :rotfl:
