no, he has hydrocortisone with the option of a stronger one for a particularly bad flare up, we've been through simple, vaseline, E10, aveeno (which was good for a while then he started to react to it) and now diprobase. we were getting prescription oilatum and aveeno bath powders but he reacted to them so just has plain water now. I still have 2 boxes of the bath stuff under the stairs:o.

sounds like me - we've tried lots of too!! :( but just thought I'd mention Hydromol in case you've not had that one yet? You can get it an ointment that can also be used in the bath. Oh and also Epaderm is a similar thing but I found it wasn't as greasy (I still have a few tubs of that under their cots too) :o. HTH :)
Erm I'm not sure if I've got the hang of this money saving.....I seem to be spending more money buying 'bargains' that I don't really need - oops!! :)

lala and QPR very impressed with your haul, well done indeed. However, what are you going to do with all those pink sunglasses.

Had to go to dr this morning as knee has been getting stuck and then clicking very loudly, he just said that all he can do is up the dose of my zomorph until I see the consultant on 30th April. Trouble is I've got multi joint osteoarthritis and every now and again it flairs up and I just have to sit tight and take it a day at a time. I get so fed up. Anyway, I don't want more zomorph so hope that a good rub down with some linament may help ease things for a while.

I don't know but they were pink!!!!! cost 10p and they were on clipstrips so we had both, But seriously my friend runs a local nursery and I'm sure they'll love them:)
When my knee used to get stuck it was my cartlidge, in fact when we were out this morning I bent down to look at something and my mum said OMG I just heard your knee go click!!Mine gets stuck occasionally as its the "crystals" caused by the arthritis getting where they shouldnt. Thats why they clean your knee out, although saying that mine sometimes just gives way:o:oHope yours gets sorted soon, can sympathise with you:(

I tried that a few years ago for my old Lexmark, what a mess I made. With arthritis in hands it's not a good plan for me to do refills :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: but yes, it cetainly works out cheaper

I gave up refilling mine, I got in such a pickle with it:o

Had lovely morning catching up with friends and then went to T's and got some nappies, more bread mix and some Andrex things. It was only a quick visit but I love it when I come out with lots of stuff and have only spent pennies. Watch those nappy coupons though because SA scanned mine and it took 10p off:eek::eek::eek::eek: It was only because I was expecting the bill to be really small that I noticed. One code scans a 10p and the other one £6.84(Can't remember exactly how much their for)
Back off to carry on catching up:)
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

The only way I can remember about the clocks going back and forwards is the *cough* American *cough* way.

"Spring forward, Fall back" but I can never remember the dates though.:rotfl:

the way i remember it is that its always the weekend closest to my birthday and I have often lost an hour of my birthday  and the weekend closest to my brothers birthday, and he has often had an extra hour :mad:
Suncream does "go off" quick, my son had a reaction to some we'd used the previous year. Opened a new bottle of the same brand and he was fine.

thinking of things "going off", i noticed this morning that some of my comfort is slightly yellower than others....are these the ones i need to use first?

    Morning all,

Still rough as a baggers a...e, worse today tobe honest :(

Hits Ts this morning before the mad Saturday rush started, more cakes, bread etc...:D Not going out for the rest of the day now.. GP qualifying on later so will rest up with a cake or two and some chocs... :p

OS loader probs are caused by the system not finding files or drivers that are required at bootup time. Possible cause is that your system did an update and messed the files up. Or you switched the lappy off before the updates were installed..:naughty: As long as its ok now you should be ok...;)

I am on laptop now and it seems ok. Knowing me it was probably downloading when i shut lid last night. I am :naughty: so will go sit on naughty step. :p

Its all that choc ,cheese ,bread and beer thats making you ill ;)

;) Arrived two days and Stampy clean no Frankie :T

Thank you very much for the nice surprise you are an :A

Leenie re the soup this is what I bought:

    IDShot_90x90.jpgShowing on .com @ £2.99
    IDShot_90x90.jpgShowing on .com @ £1.50
    IDShot_90x90.jpgShowing on .com @ £1.50
Worth bearing in mind that Tesco charge 85p for a single can
Gonna dash out now to try and find the soup, because it becomes a 'marked' item.
