Hello all.
Batteries working at 11.00 this morning. However I was so excited about it that I forgot to use my coupons:mad:. Never mind. I WILL get the hang of this one day.

Just listening to the news about the proposed minimum price on alcohol. Sounds like I will need to stock up - I use a can of cheap cider when I cook my Sunday roast chicken in the enamel roaster. Makes the gravy taste lovely

Just bought 4 packs of batteries in a metro and used 4 coupons all for 47p!!

I then went to a normal store and got another 4 and used my last 2 coupons so I only paid £2.47 !!

just back from Ab3rd33n W3sthill and can confirm the battery glitch is still working in store - bought 12 packs at 4.47 - total 53.64 and took off 2 discounts of 26.82 and 13.41 so total paid was 13.41.
didn't have any MOC's but happy with price paid for 48 decent batteries
