Made some baps and a loaf with the cheese and onion. Nice but can taste the salt quite a bit. Think it's cause since DD been eating with us I have limited salt. So really notice it now!
She seems to be quite tired since jabs - normal apparently. Should ustilise the naps to tidy but can't get off hereWhoever said money can't buy happiness simply didn't know where to go shopping !!0 -
I've got a cheese and onion loaf in the oven and it smells GORGEOUS!!! Trouble is, I'm on a porridge only diet today and I just dare not eat any of it. DH is hovering in the kitchen as we speak waiting for the first slice.
I didn't get the chance to try making bread, im going definatly going to give it a go at the weekend though!! Cheese and onion sounds lovely! :T0 -
Thank you very much. Couldn't get my coupon to print though as I had no yellow ink and it wouldn't do it in b&w  I had bought ink from ebay but it isn't authorised by my printer so won't work. I just tried squeezing the ink out of it into the genuine one - my hands are now bright yellow!!
Is it an Epson printer? Not much help for now but you can (or could) buy a thing called Zap It and then you could use compatible cartridges - haven't had an epson for awhile so it may all have changed0 -

It was very sticky so took the tin of bread flour out to add some to the mix and it was crawling with flour mites. I have been plagued with them and keep my baking flour in a kilner jar but I thought this tin was also airtight. They even managed to crawl into a McDougall's flour tub with a plastic pop up lid. Only telling you all this because the more flour you store the more likely you are to have these things. As the coupon doesn't expire until the end of the year just buy what you need for the week.
Good advice - my friend also had a problem with flour mites a while back and she had to throw loads of stuff outI must remember that "Money Saving" is not buying heavily discounted items that I do not need. :hello:0 -
The sun is shining, its a beautiful day and I can't stopping smiling as DH has been offered a new job. It means he has to work away from home during the week but we'll just have to make the most of the weekends. I'm so excited for him :j
