I am not knocking your advice but 52 isn't like it used to be years ago. The dress is a sort of retro one, 50's style so I think it would suit someone in their 50's.0 -

That`s fine by me. I have the figure and lovely wavy shoulder length hair.
Maybe a tweed suit would be better

I think that it has always been 'brochure' price for the tesco vouchers as opposed to the 'special offers' from the company.
When I booked our holiday to Cuba a couple of years ago, I rang Virgin direct and not the number that t said that you have to ring.;);)
After we'd discussed what we wanted, extras etc etc (it took ages, the operator was trying to bump up the cost as hard as she could!). I already knew that I wanted upgraded flight seats, upgraded accommodation (beach side, sea view, extras in room), excursions etc and knew exactly how much it would cost at their offer price (significantly less then the t price). After she had taken our details etc she siad that the cost would be .....
I said that I was using the holiday vouchers and she said that I should have phoned the dedicated number. I told her when I had got thro on that number, the operator hadn't been helpful (well, the cost that she'd quoted for using the vouchers was offensive) and despite repeating the spelling of my surname, she couldn't seem to grasp that there was a 'D' in there - making me feel that I couldn't spell my own name! So that's why I have phoned you direct as I thought you would be more helpful.
Ok, no problem, I am so sorry that you've been inconvenienced by having to make a second call.
Then she proceeded to take down the voucher numbers..:j:j
Don't know if it will work now but perhaps worth a try. I phoned on VH's 01293 number - not the 08 number.

Afternoon one and all.
Finally got a response from the manufacturer of the cat scratching post which nearly killed my poor little kitten. Fob off letter saying cats should be supervised when playing with toys as it states on their packaging.... I was in the same room reading a story to DD2! They sent a £10 cheque which I'll give to the cats protection league as I don't want their money.
Went shopping in T's and they're still selling them!:mad::mad::mad:
Do you think it would be worthwhile reporting this to Trading Standards to take a look at?0 -

I would wear the dress and I'm older than you. I think it depends what you feel comfortable in, the dress isn't a young style dress but more a style that would suit both young and old, depends how you accessorize it.Born to glitch0 -
