Says the man with the "acreage" :rotfl:
I'm trying to decide if you do this for a laff, or you are really serious.
If it's for a laff, well done !
If not, it is funny anyway. I think this is known as a win-win situation (at your expense).
LOL, I put the word "acreage" into that post just for you DervProf. I knew it would rile you enough to pass comment. You're soooo predictable. :rotfl:
Looks like it was a 'win-win' situation, but you're not the winner (again).

I was hoping that was the case. You are too kind.

You're welcome. Seriously though Derv, you're so obsessed with me that I'm worried about your mental health. I seem to recall someone posting that you were even mentioning me at your place of work - saying that I don't own a large house or something?
Seriously dude, get a grip! :eek:0 -

I seem to remember you making a huge thing of that last time.
However, I also remember Derv just stated "If". not that he had spoken about you to his workmates. It was a mere analogy.
So now you are suggesting derv has mental health issues, based on YOUR fairyland made up scenarios?

Says the person who is not content to get attention in his own arguments, he dives into everyone else's. Just how much attention does Devon need?:rotfl:
What an astonishing lack of self awareness displayed by GD as he rides like a night errant to the defense of all the bear gang.

There's a whole world out there Jimmy, a world where people go to school, get jobs, buy houses, get kids, pay off the mortgage.....a world where people get on with life, grab opportunities and advance their and their family's wellbeing.
Life is too short to be wasted in some dump estate with no prospects in sight.
You're young, you have a trade, go for it.
You will probably reply with another smart one liner, but I'm honestly trying to help here.
Good luck.
You know what, you are right.
Fcuk it im going paintballing saturday, anybody up for it ?0 -

Other opportunities you have to go out and grab and take, or someone else will. To a degree it will always be a dog eat dog world and the best advice I would ever give anyone is grab opportunities when they come your way or you see them there in the distance. Fear stops most, but without risk, comes no gain. I would say I have achieved what I have in my life and been to some of the places I have been through grabbing opportunity or on occasions, actively chasing them. Life is too short and you never know when it is going to be snatched away. Tomorrow is never promised. Live now and if where you are now Jimmy doesn't inspire you or give you what you want, move! go chase your dreams whilst you are still young enough to do so.
I have been thinking of moving to somewhere more inspirational, maybe yorkshire.
Have you just finished reading some kind of self help book or summat ?0 -

Now ive gone from being an IT consultant, to a highly paid IT consultant.
My left thumb says different.
Go ed columbo, crack on with that one:rotfl:0 -

Is it any wonder, given that you have made up so much about me, and other forum members ?
You`ve accused me of being a sock puppet (something about me and geneer being the same), told me there there are hundreds of capital protected inflation proof savings products, that I'm jealous of you etc.
That is cold, hard evidence that you haven't got a clue, and that you do make things up. It also makes me believe that you are here to show off, if indeed that farmhouse that we read about every few days, is real.
Now, the jealousy/show off things are almost impossible to prove, so the only way to judge who is telling the truth is to go on the facts. A lot of the "facts" that you have posted have either been proven wrong, or are known to be wrong by the people you have posted about. I'd have thought that someone who claims that he is wealthier than me, cleverer than me etc., would at least be able to get his facts right.30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older.
