Been snooping round here and have finally plucked up the courage to join....PLEASE HELP....Ive just spent 25 mins in a queue to Halifax Credit Cards only to be told my PPI claim had been turned down had I not got the letter????NO!! Apparently they have no record of my account and I need an original document proving I have paid PPI...I used the template first of to request a copy of the credit agreement on 3 Feb...Received a reply back 21st of Feb enclosing the questionnaire you have since update on the site..Because its been a while I thought I would ring them...Result: We hold no details???What now???

Did you get a copy of the agreement and does it have ppi on there?.
If not then send them a Sar
