Easy jet customer service

Has anyone had success with changing flights with Easy Jet and avoiding the £35 fee?
I have just booked 2 flights on the wrong day - my fault but didn't notice until the confirmation came through.
When I tried to change them, the cost was £35 per person. The flight was only about £26 each to start with.
I was gong to ring and aske nicely if my mistake could be corrected but calling the number will cost me more money and I don't know if it is worth it.
Any thoughts gratefully received. Thank you

Perhaps search for an alternative number http://www.saynoto0870.com

I made that mistake last year and they advised me that those are the t's n c's, I would have to pay the admin fees+any pos increase of tix price.

We ended paying arround £45 each, I have since been alot more careful when booking online.

You could always clal and ask nicely see what they say, I wouldn't leave it too long tho cos they might run out of space for the flight you do want to be on!

You can cancel any booking done with Easyjet in less than 24h, there's a cancelation fee but I believe is much less than the £35 per flight change.

Give them a ring and find out before is too late.

Thanks - I will have to wait to call them when I get home. I can't call these numbers from work!
