On Friday it will be 8 weeks since we sent off the fos questionnaire to start the reclaim from citi.
We have heard nothing.
Can anyone tell me what we do next?

Give them a ring and ask, it may be that you will hear soon, if you do not and do not and get no joy when you ring them then put a complaint into FOS.
