    How recent is 'recently'?

As has been hinted above, you should report this kind of thing at the earliest opportunity.

What is their speed limit? I imagine it is pretty slow, so how come you didn't see this pot-hole?

Worth bearing in mind that the speed limit is exactly that, not a target :)

Do you have legal cover with your car insurance? They might help.

  • 1.photo's of the pothole in question.

2.contact the manager of centre parc's estate management at the location of the site, Contact Centre 08448 267 723 and ask for this info.

3.garage report, cost of repairs and independant report of how the damage came about in their proffesional opinion.

    4. send copies of the documants to center parks estate management giving 14days to respond, after 14 days and no response send a final notice of contact and further proceedings notifacations letter (all sent via recorded delivery)

    5. if no response then proceed to small claims court.

Centre Parcs T&Cs, specifically 'J2' state:

'Any reported matter which has not been resolved during your break should be advised in writing .... within 28 days of the end of your break.'

If you didn't report the matter at the time then you've got no chance.
