Not using html lol
You'd need a PHP script and would have to work in CSS really to make the web page efficient..
So you'd have basic HTML relating to CSS, CSS for design, and PHP for functionality.
You could then go to https://www.mywebpage.com/add to add a new blog etc... So that's the best way.
