Holiday To Italy - help please

Really fancy going to Italy this year as we have never been - and could do with some recommendations!

There will be 2 adults, 2 children - one age 8, the other will be almost 3 - so could do with being somewhere where there is things for them both to do.

Just really looking for resorts to go to as I am clueless!

Thanks.

I went on a sun holiday and stayed @ Norcenni Girasole Club and loved it. Very good for families!

  • Sorry I can`t recommend any resorts.

But after living in Italy for three years "Many years ago"

My advice would be to head as far south as possible Campania,Puglia,Basilicata or Calabria and give yourselves the treat of a lifetime,so different from mainstream Italy and so much cheaper you wouldn`t believe it.

Just about to put this recommendation, you beat me to it. This place is fabulous. The swimming facilities are superb. Two big pool areas with slides etc. There are three restaurants which serve excellent food. Beautiful countryside and reasonably priced.

Lots of places within a drivable distance. Florence, pisa, Sienna etc.

Lots of choices of accommodation too. There are many companies that will hire you a caravan, there are rustic apartments too.

I couldnt recommend this highly enough
