Ppi mbna

Hi
I'm new to all this so sorry if the answer to my question is somewhere else. I'm wanting to know how I go about seeing if i'm entitled to PPI from my MBNA loan I got in 2003 for over 5 years. I got 10k but as the loan completed in October 2008 I've thrown away the paperwork. Can someone please tell me how I go about trying to reclaim if I do have one.

Many Thanks

    Hi Claire and welcome.

If you still have the loan account number, that is fine, not everyone to request for paperwork to make a reclaim.
So whatever reasons you have for making a reclaim, you simply just complete the reclaim questionnaire, send to the ones responsible to selling the policy to you, keep copies for yourself as well.

Now to try to find your loan account number, you can either ring them direct, they will probably ask you afew security questions, or by checking old bank statements, if your still with the same bank now where you paid the monthly repayments and bank online, this may allow you to go back to about 7 years, the loan account number is generally shown next to the loan monthly repayments.

Hope that helps reclaim questionnaire below link, good luck.
