I ordered a bunch of flowers and a card for my MIL for mothers day and paid extra to have it delivered on Sunday.

She didn't receive them so i called up Next at 9.30pm yesterday.
I explained what had happened and the chap immediately refunded the delivery charge, he then went on to find out what had happened to said flowers.

It turned out i had stupidly put in my house number instead of MIL's when ordering them and they had gone to a different house.:o

Oh well i thought that is that, but no! He told me to pick another bunch of flowers, not to worry about the price being the same, i could have one of higher value and he would re-send them for free!!!!

Well done Next!:j

Makes such a change to have good customer service!
