Claiming tax back on car lease issue

Hi guys;
I'm having mega problems with my car - which is essential for my business - and cannot get a loan or any credit as I was made bankrupt in 2009, released in 2010.
So, my boyfriend has suggested getting a car on lease in his name, but I pay the monthly payments.
I can certainly afford the monthly payments for the car, but couldn't wait to save up that amount of money each month as my car is totally dead and the one I'm using is only insured 3rd party and is also on it's last legs.
So, my question is, if my boyfriend takes out the lease in his name, but I am paying for the car, can I claim the tax back if I can PROVE that it's my car, that I am paying for it and I am using it?
My phone contract is also in his name, but I currently claim for a payg phone that I use for work.
Anyway, any advice would be grateful but please, no sarcastic or snooty comments about "why would you get more credit if you've been made bankrupt etc etc etc".
Thanks!
Louise

As you say, no snooty remarks etc regarding credit, nor will I get into the "claiming tax back" issue...I will just try and answer your question.
I can't see any reason why, if you document it correctly (invoices etc) that any reasonable expense the business occurs for a car that is actually for and used by the business cant be claimed for. I think documentary evidence about "ownership and actual use" is the key in case anyone should ask any questions.
At this point I should refer you to your accountant to ask about tax implications, private usage, mileage claim, blah blah....but I said i wouldnt0
