Any Dropbox users answer me a question?

Morning all,
We've just had some promo photo's done on a project and the photographer has uploaded them all to Dropbox.
I'm trying to download them all and can't find out how to download in bulk?
I've looked all over the Dropbox site, opened my own acc and still can't see how I grab more than one image at at time? And as some of the 20 odd folders have upwards of 140 image each in them, I don't have the time available to do them one at a time!
Anyone point me to how to speed up the process ??

right click on the folder, then click download!
It will zip the folders contents together and download it as 1 file. Simples!0 -
Sounds simple I agree, but when I right click I get no option to download?? Just the standard options I'd get if I right clicked any where else...0

What browser are you using? I'm using Google Chrome0

Tried with Firefox and IE9. No option to download in either ?0 -
ok!
Open the Dropbox link to the webpage of your pictures.
Press the "down" arrow on your keyboard.
You should see a blue bar highlighting one of the items in the list.
Use your arrow keys to highlight the first folder
You should see options at the top of the list:
<item name> - Download - Delete - Rename - Move - Copy
You just need to click on "Download".Laters

Thanks for that.
Either I'm a complete no hoper where this is concerned or somethings wrong somewhere.
From your description above I get the impression that I should be seeing a list of folders when I click on the link.
What I'm seeing is 2 columns of thumbnails. Pressing the up and down arrows just scrolls the screen.
There are no controls on the screen to change the view to a list rather than the thumbnails ?0 -
Maybe you just need the photographer to zip the photos up and provide you with one file to download
I wonder if this is because they are shared files and not your own - i believe they've been changing the user interface recently0 -
With my dropbox shared photos I can hold down the shift key and then use the arrow keys to highlight them. Then when I right click I can copy them and then navigate to wherever I want to paste them.0
-
Download the dropbox app and sign in, your shared folders should automatically sync onto your computer.0

Does that mean that whatever is in the dropbox online is copied to the local pc folder?0
