House Selling Websites

Is every house that is for sale included on Rightmove? (Other than maybe DIY sellers perhaps.)

    No not every property.

    Some Estate Agents don't advertise there, there are other large portals out there.

    Most people do start there searching via rightmove out there though.

    Especially true in areas of Scotland, where localised and Scotland-specific portals hold sway.
  • No but it depends how much time you want to spend searching in different places. I'm content just to use Rightmove and accept that I might miss a few percent of the properties out there.

    i find that 95% of properties for sale are either on:
    Zoopla
    Right Move
    Find a Property
    Prime Location

    I've seen a few on Find a Property that aren't on the other three

    I like Zoopla best as it has the most on there and new houses tend to appear on their quicker than any of the other three
