I'm still waiting for mine too - they did say 10 days so I suppose they've got a couple of days yet if they meant working days. I'm antsy cos of the palaver with the last Mail offer and the Sainsbury/Nectar 'bonus' which we weren't allowed to have!

I am cynical too. They've e-mailed and ignored what I've said and just said post it back and get proof of postage! Queueing up at my post office isn't worth £5 - which they are hoping I'm going to think. E-mailed them again to say this is daft.

That happened to me last week. I found this number on line if that helps 0800 010111. I then just asked to be put through to the rewards club.

Make sure you have a copy of today's paper with you as they may ask you a random question to prove you actually bought it.
